Why it’s great to include cauliflower in your diet
Cauliflowers are a fantastic vegetable, they are worth much more than just cauliflower and cheese! So why should you include cauliflower in your diet?
We have previously written about the health benefits of Vitamin C, cauliflower contains not only Vitamin C but also Vitamin B3.
Vitamin B3 supports skin health and also helps to balance blood sugar levels.
Boiling cauliflower can cause it to lose much of it’s nutritional content so it is much better to serve it steamed or raw with a lovely dip.
