Why it’s great to include pineapples in your diet
Not only are pineapples rich in Vitamin C they also contain Bromelian. Bromelian is an important enzyme as it aids in the healing of wounds, iron absorption and general skin health. Some find that Bromelian is an effective anti-inflammatory enzyme and may be effective in relieving arthritis, what we do know is that pineapple can aid digestion so it’s a great fruit to include in your diet, especially for dessert.
