Mushy Peas
Delicious Mushy Peas
Imagine combining your two favorite things which just happen to be peas and mash! This is an inspired combination if we do say so ourselves, you will need:
1 Bag of frozen organic peas
A couple of peeled creamy potatoes
1 Tblspn of Chicken Stock (Vegetarian)
Water (Enough to cover all of the ingredients)
And that’s it!
Simply bring the peas, potatoes and stock to the boil for around 15 minutes. When the potatoes are soft drain the water and mash them up. We use this as a side dish or as the filling in a Mushy Pea Pie, both options are quick, easy and delicious.
